ISEEWHY — Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and 1-of-1 pieces may require additional production time. You will be notified of any delays before your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Domestic: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Domestic: 2–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

International Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries due to carrier limitations, trade restrictions, or customs complications:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Cuba
  • Syria

Orders placed from restricted regions will be cancelled and refunded. Additionally, ISEEWHY reserves the right to restrict shipping to any region at any time based on carrier availability or regulatory changes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. ISEEWHY has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Custom & 1-of-1 Orders

Because every 1-of-1 piece is made exclusively for you, these orders may have extended production timelines. Estimated ship dates will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ISEEWHY is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
