ISEEWHY — Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At ISEEWHY, every product is an original art piece, thoughtfully created and unique in nature. Because of this, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will make it right. To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through our Contact Form
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at ISEEWHY's discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
  • Digital or downloadable art products
  • Custom or commissioned pieces

Shipping & Packaging

We take great care in packaging every piece. If damage occurred during transit, please also retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.
